A Big Thank You from Ropin’ Dreams!

Ropin’ Dreams gives a big thank you to all of our gracious Sponsors, Volunteers, Friends, and Families for making our 2018 PRCA Rodeo such a huge success!  We could not have done it without the support of each and every one of you.  Without you all, it would not be possible for us to fulfill our mission of bringing smiles to the faces of the children we reach out to!

In Memorial of William Robert Cox

Ropin’ Dreams would like to take a moment to honor the life of William (Bill) Robert Cox.  Bill was involved with 4-H as a kid and won many ribbons at horse shows at the Clearwater County Fair in Idaho.  His father, William Eugene Cox, instilled upon him a love of horses and equipment; Bill operated heavy equipment for most of his life.  The above pictures were taken at his father’s arena in Placerville.  Bill was married for 24 years and has 2 children; Patrick, 29, and Dominique, 22.  He is remembered as a beautiful soul and a wonderful son, husband, father, and grandfather.

We ask that our Ropin’ Dreams’ friends and families send prayers towards the Cox Family in their time of need.

We would also like to thank his family for specifying that any donations being made in his honor go to Ropin’ Dreams.

Second Annual Ropin’ Dreams 2018 PRCA Rodeo

Ropin’ Dreams PRCA Rodeo is fast approaching! This year our PRCA Rodeo is being held April 27th and 28th at the Cowboy Fellowship of Atascosa County in Jourdanton, TX.  This rodeo is near and dear to us as it is our only fundraiser.  This rodeo sets the stage for the dreams and smiles that we are allowed to bring to our Ropin’ Dreams children.  Tickets are available for purchase now and we would love to see y’all out there!  We would also like to take a moment to thank all of our gracious sponsors who help us put this event together.

We are proud to announce that Friday, April 27th, will be Hero Night; a night spent honoring our United States Service Men and Women, 1st Responders, and Law Enforcement.  Heroes will receive tickets at a discounted rate with a Valid I.D when buying at the gate.  Also, we ask that attendees wear Red, White, and Blue to celebrate our Heroes!  Mark your calendars!
